Karolina you locate this picture wright on top of 7-ой Зенитной Ракетно Дивизион Фанипольской бригады ПВО КБВО, but highest point of Belarus locates about mile east on the top of group commander base.
it still has furniture inside. quick check of google shows the land is now owned by the SF water district. To the right of the photo, but off camera is a working area with equipment. looks like it burnt down a while ago... would have been spectacular given its height and clear view of lake calaveras.
The "bridge" contains a 48-inch water pipe - it was decided in the early 1980s when Highway 85 was built that a bridge over the highway would be cheaper and easier to maintain than an excavation under the highway.

@mrsmsquared - I don't believe you are correct. The center of Google Earth (on Windows computers, anyway) continues to be this building.

It is on private property and requires tresspassing through not only the landowner's, but Calpine Corps. security as well.
