Brilliant photograph (stunning shot. I worked at Black Mountain tower, mostly on the middle level, level 2 of the three level operations levels cluster, during the winter periods of 1982 and 1983 - for Telecom Australia (now Telstra). Higher up the tower there is a revolving resturant (which gives absolutely spectacular views (day and night), and an observation deck, and tourist information kiosk. Black Tower is a must see when your next in Canberra ACT.
