Hiya crutcher. I don't know what it is. I thought the sign was hilarious, esp. in that empty landscape. I think it might be one of those underground warehouse complexes. There certainly wasn't any housing around. You can see that in the satellite image, yes?

Browne's is the best place in Kansas City to have high tea. Great soda bread and plenty of Irish knickknackery. It's across Linwood Blvd. from Kansas City Community College, Penn Valley Campus.
