A few things tell me the location is still not right:
1) The new road indicated (Oude LielieStr) is a very narrow side street but the street in the picture is quite wide.
2) The picture appears to have tram cables overhead where no tram line runs.
3) On the left there is a red semi-circular windowed roof structure that is not in the neighbourhood. Maybe near Kalverstraat?
I only make a point of this because the image is on google maps.
