I think the isolated graves, which are close to their original battlefield location, are the most poignant.
The soldier has been where he was buried since that day - you are standing where his mates stood as he was lowered into the ground. The padre, a few words, his mates wondering "Am I next?"
Very few of the Commonwealth War cemetaries have these original plots; Butte at Polygon Wood is a good one to visit as well.
