Здесь тоже можно было сделать фото без лампочек. Надо было только перейти дорогу, машин было много, а обходить - лень.

Абсолютно уверен. Это опять зум.

Не вижу, где поставить тэг для голосования. А снимок сделан с моста, место указано на карте справа. Телевиком с зумом. В подробностях фото есть параметры снимка. Первый опыт работы с еще не редактированным форматом(RAL), потом довел цвета в фотошопе.
