The Photo is placed over Jinnah Hydropower Project (JHPP) Powerhouse and it should be placed about 400 m west. The title is completely wrong, this is a Temporary Concrete Plant installed by Dongfang Electric Corporation for the prupose of implementation of JHPP.
Ahhh, my brothers name is on that plaque in the fountain, he was involved with the capital development project back in the 60's. I visited Islamabad only once in 1999. Nice photo. Regards Azzy
