That sign is outdated and is a vestige of an old Martial Law era in the country. Truthfully, there was no danger to National Security then nor is there any now. I am confident that Google will uphold the freedom of speech that our country, and in fact the rest of the civilized world, hold true and dear. That sign will be taken down soon but this photo will live on as long as the Internet is alive and so long as the fire of freedom burns within our hearts! So, STFU!!!

I think that this was washed out during the typhoon "ONDOY" paving the way to all obstruction of the river.
