West Virginia's "fractional" secondary route system already defies logic without this interesting sign. I'm originally from WV & I've never seen a sign like this!
Before this building became the Lynchburg Museum, it served as the Lynchburg Courthouse.
The building at the top of the stairs is the old Lynchburg Courthouse, now serving as the Lynchburg Museum.

This is the old Litchfield County Courthouse. Since county governments were dissolved in Connecticut in 1960, this building now serves as the Litchfield Judicial District Courthouse.
Another beautiful picture of a beautiful courthouse. Vermont, like New Hampshire, seems to be full of gorgeous courthouses like this.
I think this is the Franklin County Courthouse.
