هذا المتحف انشئ عام 2003 على ايدي شباب نادي صدام الجوي التابع لوزارة الشباب السابقة و اليوم هو نادي بغداد الجوي و كان هو نادي الطيران الخفيف لأغراض الهواية الثاني بعد نادي فرناس تحية قلبية لكل زملائي اعضاء نادي صدام الجوي (نادي بغداد حاليا )

الاصح ان هذه هي منطقة وسط شارع السعدون و هي منطقة ساحة الفردوس او الميريديان اما نهاية شارع السعدون فتقع عند ساحة الفتح حيث يقع المسرح الوطني تقبل تحياتي
