Michael Gerstmann's conversations
Brings back alot of memories,my great grandfather donely watkins was the last lighthouse keeper to look after the indian point lighthouse and owned a large farm at the end of cressy/bayside road just down the road from here !My grandfather was born here also and had a cottage across from where the harrison fishery was !what im getting at is that I spent every summer there and i fished and swam in that cove thousands of times ,it was like heaven as peaceful as you can imagine.wish i was there now !

Brings back a lot of wonderful memories from the fifties,my father and i started from here and would portage into Trout Lake (Sherboune?) to camp and fish, through the years my father met and became very good friends with 3 families that had cottages on Trout.Last visted in 2001 and came in on the access road off rt.35. which i remember in the early days my father lost a few mufflers and a transmission on. Thank you very much for sharing.
