Oisin McGuigan's conversations

Location is off a bit. Dick's cabin is at the mouth of Hope Creek, 1/4 mile west. Spike's cabin is near this location.

Couldn't have been, looks like it was taken from up on the walls.

Thank you for these pictures. I just saw the movie and have been researching articles on the internet. I will surely read the book soon. It's one of those stories where I can't sleep all night thinking about him and his experience. To anyone who has been there: What is it like being in the bus? What has remained? Have people been taking things as souvenirs or are they respectful of this place? Does anyone know how the bus got there? Who did it belong to? How long has it been there and did other people live in it? I'm just really curious about these things so please let me know. I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Hi Oisin,

that is a lovely picture you have taken of my fort. I am in the process of establishing a University of Gaelic Science, on my island. I would love to use the photograph as part of a blog, I am designing to explain my decision.

You can contact me as mailto:brian.spike.university@gmail.com

If this is the monument to Michael Collins then it is miles away from Beal na Blath.
