Comcast building --- under construction. Retain this picture: the 19th and 21st centuries co-existing - The Arch St. Presbyterian Church - complimenting the Comcast building. The picture cries for its complement --- Comcast Completed. 04272009
several times - fantastic place, staff is great, kind of in the middle of nowhere (no kids), very private... here are some more photos: http://sligamarole.com/paraiso/
This Island was apparently the theme behind the famous shanty,
"fifteen men on a dead man's chest
yo-ho-ho, and a bottle of rum.
Drink and the devil had done for the rest,
yo-ho-ho, and a bottle of rum".
The shanty was made famous from R. L. Stevensons "Treasure Island", but is a bit of unintelligible at first glance.
Now the actual name of this island is "Dead Man's Chest", and story has it that the pirate Blackbeard once marooned a mutinous crew there, leaving each hand a bottle of rum and a cutlass. He was hoping they'd all kill eachother. But when he eventually returned after 30 days, he found 15 men still alive. The rest were dead.

This shot makes me feel right at home. We stay at Kiahuna Plantation when visiting the island.
