Lovely view. Nanada Ghunti to the east and Trisul to the West of Nanda Devi can be seen in this exceptionally clear picture. I suspect that such fine days are fewer now than 2 decades ago, because of pollution.
The best part of Kumaon is that in spite of tourists coming here, it has stayed free from over commercialization. It is an extremely rewarding destination.

It shows mixed farming over the fertile terrace fields, one crop ( wheat) is being harvested and other possibly potatoes is being cultivated. Also it is evident from the picture that our women folk bears the responsibility of major part of the agricultural activity. They deserve all admiration and praise.
