A website that contains information about the small village Färna in Västmanland county. But also a lot of images and information about other small villages and cities in Sweden and around the world.
It started as a big project to build a new Manor House in Nyhammar (appx 1760) but when 3 side buildings where built the company had no more money. So the Manor House was never built. One of the three side buildings is used for children day care, the other two as private houses. This picture show the two private buildings.

This photo is taken a morning in september. The lake is Tomasbosjön. The bridge is called Oxbron. You can also find the remainings from a railroad bridge.

The old tradion to make coal is shown every year at Kolarbyn. It requires a lot of knowledge and experience to make the perfect coal.
