More accurately, this is not the location of the Ponce sign. Each of the 5 giant letters can be easily seen in Google Earth about 1.5 miles NNE at the next cloverleaf northbound. That would be the SW side of the PR52 and PR10 intersection. There is also a large collection of other photos at that location.
