I'm very familiar with Franklin Street, since I drove on this route daily, it looks so different after the heavy snowfall, truly an amazing view. Nice shot oceancity11.
It was a pigeon. He was having a great time, and then he dropped it and was too afraid to go down to the ground to get it. But there are lots of pigeons around so I'm sure he had not trouble getting another.
