This isn't Taggart Island, it's Inishgowla South, very near Taggart Island and this cottage has just been fully renovated and is now being let as a holiday home. it's called Inishgowla Cottage - check it out, it's a fabulous place!
The Medina is in the background slightly to the right hand side. The Atlas mountains are hidden in the haze.
The plane is coming in to land near the airport so the image is looking East.
Looking South over the Eastern reaches of the Solent and the South Downs at Chalton. Chalton is just over the hills in the mid-picture. The two sections of water that can be seen are (I think) Langstone Harbour and the Solent between Bembridge (IOW) and Southsea.
