The corporation has a grant from SC DOT but the red tape of actually getting started has consumed over 2 years of work.
We hope that the final paperwork will be completed within the very near future and restoration can procede. Phase I is the exterior restoration including the columns in front and in back. After that is completed, we will restore each room on an individual project and hopefully within the next few years we will be successful in fully restoring the project.
