Very nice place near the border with Albania and on the edge of acceptable enviroment. I mean if you go little bit further, closer to Albania or Albania directly, you will spot unattractive conditions for tourists. Dirty beaches and so on. Anyway, Ulcinj is located beautiful and for somebody can remind Monaco (houses builded on mountainside). Don't be afraid of too much car horns you will hear there, it's just the way they say hello :) Very interesting culturally place.
