On Panoramio photography is an end in itself and not intended as an excuse for all those involved and solely interested in abusing the nature and purpose of this photo sharing website in order to promote their own, selfish goals. I oppose all kind of abuse: violation of copyright, spam (spam contest and comment spam), phishing, xenophobic and/or discriminatory comments, advertising on photos and comments and also in the forum. I am against trolling and the creation of sockpuppets, political or religious discussion, controversy and violent confrontation on any issues other than photography. Please do not turn Panoramio into a forum for political or any controversial discussion. There are other websites designed to share and discuss political ideas with clear policies, moderators and codes of conduct. There is a clear difference between free speech and "hate speech". Therefore, there is a time, a place and a way to express your own ideas. Otherwise, it becomes an abuse against other users.\ \ This is a photography site, dedicated to photography. The following is a non-exhaustive list of everything that is not photography: illustration, drawing, watercolor, oil painting, graphic design, computer-generated images. I deeply respect all art forms but this is not the site to upload those forms of expressions. \ \ Ideas, comments, views, opinions and thoughts from other users that constitute abuse of language, insults, threats, accusations and unfounded criticism will be deleted from any of my photos. Those made out of good faith, respect, education and good manners that do not discriminate on any grounds (gender, age, race, nationality, social class, sexual choice, religion, culture, educational attainment, physical or mental disability) are very welcome.
