One fine day in 1972 one of my father's officers lost control of a R/C model plane he was flying off the old airfield. He took a compass reading and them came and got me and some of my boy scout buddies. We put on our boonie stomping clothes grabbed our machetes and headed off in the jungle. We didn't find his model, but we did find this baby. At least I assume it is the same plane (though I didn't think it was a corsaid). Around it were stack a lot of large shells. I went to pick one up and the adult present (an EOD officer) said, put that down, it is a tracer shell, contains phosperous and could still go off.
We didn't take any souveniors. And if it wasn't this plane, then there are others in the same area............
