Since 1954, when I received my first camera as a birthday present, I am a hobby photographer who doesn't leave home without. Retired in 2007 and since then member of Panoramio , where I learned a lot and found support and assistance by other members. ************************************* My present focus is on refurbishing and publishing my old photos from six decades and three continents and the documentation of my closer environment, which I systematically explore with my camera. As a devoted admirer of Ansel Adams I love to experiment with B&W as well. Visits of my Gallery and feedback on my photos are highly appreciated. ************************************* My current camera is an Olympus E510, after having used: Canon Powershot Pro1, Canon Powershot S30, Pentax ME, MX, Pentax Spotmatic, Adox Polomat and Bilora Radix. Seit Mitte 2007 bin ich im Ruhestand und bei Panoramio, wo ich dank der Hilfe anderer Mitglieder vieles gelernt habe. ************************************ Schwerpunkt ist derzeit die Aufarbeitung und Veröffentlichung meiner Fotos aus 6 Jahrzehnten und drei Kontinenten und die Dokumentation meiner näheren Umgebung, die ich in meiner freien Zeit erwandere. Als großer Bewunderer von Ansel Adams versuche ich mich auch immer wieder an Schwarz-Weiss-Fotografie.
