Stationed at Adak from July '87 to July "89. Loved it there, hunting, fishing, tundra stomping. A lot of people stationed there didn't like it, that was their loss.
I was stationed on Adak in 1956 and 1957. Picture taking was limited but we had a photo lab in the Hobby Shop which I operated. I took photos after the earthquake but they were classified so I couldn't keep them. I wonder how much the island has changed since then?

Thanks for the correction! I've updated the name, I was standing on Shotgun Cove Rd when I took the picture.
