This is the magnificent building where part of the 1986 movie "Fire with Fire" was filmedThe buildings around the resort must be fairly new. The movie shows this as a lone building. I really enjoyed that movie.
It is with great pleasure and interest that I write to you requesting permission to acquire the use of a photograph of yours for a calendar entry in our upcoming publication of the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) Year Book 2010.
If we may use your image, please contact me at: marton.balint@unep.org
We would be extremely grateful and honoured to capitalize on your valuable talents. Unfortunately, given our extremely meager production budget we are not able to offer financial remuneration, just prominent credit/ acknowledgement in our publication and the satisfaction of contributing to a good cause, the environment.
The production of the UNEP Year Book series is part of UNEP’s portfolio of information materials to bridge the gap between science and policy and enhance awareness among various constituents so that they are better informed to improve decision-making and policy development and implementation at different levels. The document also serves as a retrospective information doc for Governments at UNEP's Governing Council - and therefore a platform for interaction and discussions between researchers and policy-makers to improve the uptake of science in policy decision-making.

Thank you very much in advance for your consideration. I look forward to discussing this matter further at your earliest convenience.
Sincerely,
Marton
