I like to travel a lot and especially to the United States and show others the beautiful places I've seen so they can maybe visit them too or just enjoy the pictures

John Groen's conversations

The religion of the arms and the right to defend themselves are a pathological problem for America. All massacres are a consequence. But have you realized that the far west is the past?

This is the old Fire Station #1, which was the last of the "downtown" fire statioins. It had a double company and housed the only tiller truck in the city. At one time, it also served as the headquarters for the Fire Shift Commander, EMS Commander, and other offices. In 2013, it was converted to an amazing museum. The new Fire Station #1 is located a few blocks east.

Due to I-35 expansion this hotel is demolished by TXDOT.

Hoi John,

Wij hebben deze kapel tijdens onze vakantie in september 2012 bezocht. De hoofdkapel was helaas gesloten i.v.m. een huwelijk. Nu moeten wij dus weer terug naar deze plek:-)
