The actual name is "Sankt Hans Backar", Trash Hill as you refer to it is from former function as the city dump which was closed sometimes in the mid 1960:s I think. Nowadays it's sometimes referred to as "Monte Composti/Composto" by locals.
There were also a shooting range at the foot of the dump, hence the name on some of the roads north of the dump such as "Pistolvägen", "Markörvägen" and "Skjutbanevägen".
Thanks for adding this picture, the view brings back many memories.
