Youngmin Sohn's conversations

Youngmin,

Thank you for your photos where I play seek and hide more than 40 years ago. It made tear drops in my eye. I hope to go back where my nostalgia is soon.

Thank you again,

Brian Park

I was in the US Army, and was assigned to the camp on the other side the river from this village in 1969 and 1970. Spent some spare time in this village, and the surrounding area. Lots of great memories. If you have any other pictures, please email a copy to me at wd4ngb@charter.net

Any of the old army camp would be nice also.

Thanks, B R

Dear Youngmin Sohn,

Thanks for uploading these wonderful pictures! I really enjoy seeing photos of forgotten and abandoned places in Korea. Those old buildings are treasures and should be restored so people can appreciate older architecture. I really like the subjects of your photography.

See my Korea photos, if you have time: http://www.geocities.com/mlovmo/gallery.html

Also, I have a request: Could you take some photos of the island of Koch'umdo? It is an island about 7 Kilometers north of Incheon city. Koch'umdo Island is now a sand pier for ships. I would like a modern photograph of this island because I would like to add a picture to my webpage: http://www.geocities.com/mlovmo/page15.html

If you cannot do this, that's okay. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know you are doing a really good job photographing these wonderful places in Korea and putting them on Google Earth.

Thank you. Mark Lovmo
