Hi, I'm from Frankfurt/Main (Germany). I'm not a professional photographer. I take photos mostly only during my holidays. The photos from Australia were all taken using a Sigma SD14 DSLR in raw format (.X3F) and then later converted to .JPG with the Sigma Photo Pro 2.1 Software (The Version 3.0 does not work properly on my Laptop). In case you are interested in the photos in their original size, please let me know and I will e-mail them. Please be aware that .X3F have between 8 and 18 MB, .JPG have between 1 and 9 MB. Zipping does not help in reducing the filesizes. Regards, Bernd

super !...................................

Interesting people and place. Visited it in 1999.

I holiday here every year, was born just over the 'new road' in Glenvar. I have never been anywhere nicer.

Haycock Island North Queensland is about North East of Palm Cove and about 20 km North of Cairns, Queensland in Trinity Bay. Haycock Island is uninhabited. It is nicknamed the Scout Hat Island because it looks like an oversized scout hat. It is a few hundred metres South East of Double Island

wow!!! nice photo your Subject matter is a work of art.
