This is a nice photo, but its tag location indicates from where the photo was taken with a telephoto lens, not the location of the subject. To see the actual location of the subject, go to about 546 Fairchild Road and go to street level. That is the actual location of the water tower. It is none the less an attractive and interesting photo.
Was this a railyard? I always thought this was a junction- there's an old interlocking tower just east of here and the old Erie-Lackawanna RR had a large yard just a few miles off to the east between Braceville and Leavittsburg. Maybe a railroad buff out there would know....
Beautiful shot of the mill. I'll bet this is really gorgeous place when the water is up a little (not flooded, just up a little). You took a great shot that shows the grand size of the mill,as well as the serenity of the water.
Well done. Keep posting. Be sure to drop by and leave some comments about my pics. You know how much I love feedback. :-)

Nice picture. I love the use of perspective that leads your eyes beneath the bridge. Is that another bridge in the distance? Nice work.

Gotta love these trailside swamps. Went trail walking once in Land O Lakes, FL and saw alligators along the trail.
This is a great photo. I love the strong greens, even in the water. Nice job.

This is what remains of the old Erie Railroad turntable located on the North side of Kent.
I remember this place, now. Ghost Hunters did a show here, I think. Thanks for the info.
This is one of the greatest views in West Virginia. Thanks for taking such a great shot.
