Hi Mikhail! The recent meteorite happening in your country prompted me to look up the Tunguska occurance in 1908. I've been on Google Earth looking around and noticed that you have some photos from the area. Very interesting! Thanks for sharing!

Much more scary from East (Winnamucca, NV) to West. Make sure your brakes are good and leave in lower gear. Top is great for hang gliding, with strong uplift winds from west. What a view in early spring after a wet winter! lots of lakes (that disappear quickly).

This view is so wide and the angle of view so high that I feel like I'm spinning when I look into it.

Walked to the top of this with my son in the early 80's while I was stationed at Edwards. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Jerry, It's real easy to get to. There is a gravel road most of the way to the peaks and then a short walk from the parking lot. Just stay to the right as you drive up the road. It's well worth the trip. The view is fabulous. I have lots of pictures posted of the North Shore if you look through my collection you may get ideas on other places to visit. Places like: Gooseberry Falls, Temperance River, Palisade Head, Tettegouche, Split Rock Lighthouse, Cascade River and many more. The North Shore is a special place. Thanks for the note.

Hmm.. Wonder the size of a Keewatin bowling ball considering its golf ball is that size... Be careful out there Jerry - I mean that kind of lure could be irresistible for gigantic Jack Nicklaus and his troupe knowing the open-pits in the region.
