Yep this is the Lagawe Municipal Hall but in Google earth it places it as near burnay. Regarding that I'm not sure why they tagged the map as burnay when in fact it is Lagawe itself on the Philippine map. Burnay is a barangay of Lagawe and it is North East of Lagawe.
