Sorry for such a long delay. If you are still interesting in that question, 1 year ago I was there the last time. And I saw both plates, at opposite sites of the monument! Probably, if you are interesting, I could send you photos of them. The problem is - one plate is seen from the bank side, another - from the stairs side (difficult to reach, especially last years).
