Mount Lofty railway station is disused for passenger traffic, but has been turned into a wonderful holiday rental property. Trains still rumble through several times a day (and night!!) mostly enormous container freight with 2 or 3 locos on the front. Also get 'The Overlander' - Melbourne to Adelaide express,about 3 days a week.

That is correct. the Oakham signal box is currently produced by Dapol. It's still the same kit, and has a feeling of nostalgia about it!
