We stayed at this hotel for two nights. For the money, it was a good deal. The rooms are very old and some have a very musty smell. We booked the 5th floor on the first night, but moved to the 2nd floor the second night. Less walk up the stairs, but very strong musty odor in 209. The restaurant was very good, nice american breakfast. If you're on a budget, this is a safe bet. Very inexpensive, good restaurant, across the street from the beach. You'll probably just sleep in the room, especially after a few ice cold heinekens on the beach. I loved this beach because everything was really inexpensive and delicious. We really enjoyed the guys walking around with the fresh seafood in portable steamer/barbeques. Did I mention the very large ice cold heinekens??
