junk0128さん、おはようございます。 ご想像の通り、橋の端は階段になっています。トンネルの写っている鉄道橋も歩いて渡れますし、太鼓橋や木橋もあっていいところです。ただ鉄道の本数が少ないので、事前にダイヤを確認されることをお勧めします。私は名古屋に近いところですが、車で4時間かかりました。
