The hotel is called The Duke of Cornwall and it is about 1.5 miles from Manamead (as the crow flies). It is however very near the Pavilions, the international ferry port and not far from the Hoe.

if these guys ever develop a descent upload system with a bulk upload and postcode (for UK) options I promise you I ll give you thousands of pictures. what about an upload utility through google earth itself? whatever... just do something neat panoramio guys..
