I have such a wonderful experience when I am out walking and taking photos. It is strange how we do not pay attention to so many things around us. Have you noticed these florescent yellow and black winged birds here in Youngstown?

Arlington Heights is a homes development to rid the city of blight and poverty. There are many new homes that now sit where the largest section of Westlake Terrace YMHA Public Housing once stood.

One of Youngstown's most-loved beacons

Very nice! Looks like some of the old brick road shown here.

You have some really nice pictures of Youngstown collected here.

Hey, 648 viewings and no comment, come on peeps.

This is the site of where two endearing Youngstown Northside Black Business operated for over 50 years. To the left was a barber shop and to the right was a resturant. Most of Youngstown's Afro-American population has visited this building in their lifetime. This is what the building looked like as I walked down Belmont Ave to town on a clear blue October day.

These guys are truly - Youngstown's Finest They have endured some tough times over the last 5 years with record breaking fires in this small city. They are surely overworked and underpaid. Thank God for these men of courage.
