Great shots, all your i.t.v. set, steandeb. I can easily see why i.t.v. would use them. You even got an Illuminated Man in there. Congratulations. It's all very good work.
I love this picture. It adds a lot with the little person squatting at the edge, and the colour of the sky and water is beautiful.
Drema, while it true that Panoramio leaves it to your judgment, the FAQ also states "We recommend to map the photo in the place where it was taken, not over the subject of the photo." That's in the Notice section under How to Upload. Like you, I tag mine where I was standing when I took the picture.
(I biked up from Stinson (to SF) last summer!)
thanks for the comments on my illuminated man photo. i have lots of photos of this subject. thats why i called him the illuminated man because his head seemed to be lit by the sunset.do you like anymore of the ones i have uploaded.lots of users have commented on the series.
Очень красиво, я был в этом месте 16 лет назад.
This is one of my favorite photos because of the simple beauty of the scene. The clouds were so bold and dramatic that not even the waves could stop them from reflecting in the sea.
This is one of my favorite photos, again, because of the colors. I love how the reddish color of the sky is matched in the red/brown grasses. Besides the beauty of the sky and the clouds, I love how the red/brown grasses hint at nature's ability to overcome mankind's attempt to fence things in and to cover the earth with concrete structures. As in the picture, mother nature eventually wins in the end.
I traveled up this arch when i was a kid...very cool!
Very serene. Quite peaceful.
