Drema Swader's conversations

christian caffin,GyurIca,antal,Klaus, much thanks for all you guys' fine comments. I really appreciate that very much. Greetings to all, David.

Have you been back up there since the fire Drema? It's so sad to see the destruction of the Shriner Camp! I heard that Foster Lodge did survive though which is great news.

Wow this is fantastic! You did a great job capturing this very cool building. Very nice!

Beautiful shot! I can only imagine how many cool things there are to shoot in Venice.

Nice shot. This is my favorite place, But so hard to photograph. I like the sky and clouds. Most people just have white light coming through the sky light. Like
Greetings, Brad

Wonderful shot

Kind regards, Finn

Bay area is definitely a great place to live. San Diego is also very beautiful. It certainly has the best weather in the world and my favorite beach in the continental USA - La Jolla Shores Beach. My son spent 5+ years in UCSD (BS + Masters). I had lots of fun visiting him.

Drema, you are right. Most people take the shot from straight on. I find that quite boring. In my case the vivid blue sky and puffy clouds attracted my attention. A lucky shot as I just drove by while on the way to visit a relative. The funny thing is that this is the first San Rafael photo in my Gallery (not counting Terra Linda Marin Civic Center) and I used to call the town home as a teenager. Thanks for your visit and best regards, David.

Thank you sixten_imgs. It is a difficult cathedral to photograph since it is so closely surrounded by other buildings.
