The yellow house [or block of flats] probably 1960's reinforced concrete column & beam construction with non-loadbearing block walls.
The facade of the green [ground and first] two storey timber clad house might have been slightly altered [see two small and one larger window by the entrance]. It is also very unusual to have security grill to the first floor windows.
The overall elevation of the third house do not seem to have been altered except the paint imitating ashlar masonry. We know that most houses in the area have masonry basement and sometimes ground floor and the jettied first and other floors are usually timber framed.
This particular house might have been built after 1910 with brick and steel support or partly reinforced concrete but it is highly unlikely to have been built with ashlar stonework. Therefore, the external paint is probably just an unsuitable decoration.
