No, it's the Cottonwood Canyon Road which was a fairly rough gravel/dirt road when I was last on it.

I think it was an old farm house/ranchero built in the 1800's but not occupied for long.

I have taken this same picture, but I'm guessing there are very few of us. Google Earth indicates a distance of just over 4 miles from where the shot was taken to Delicate Arch. Congratulations on finding this view.

Thanks for your kind comments. The locations aren't particularly accurate. The Hovenweep visitor center has a good map to the outlying ruins like this one - you have to ask for it. p.s. - Cutthroat Castle requires a 4 wheel drive, or it's a long hike.
