There was a charity event called the "Cow Parade" every year they went to two different cities somewhere in the world and had local artists paint the cows. In 2004 the Cow Parade came to the Harrisburg area. There were 137 cows painted by local artists and put on display. There was also 1 cow displayed from the previous year's event in New York City. I went around and photographed them all and geo-tagged them where they were displayed.
Thanks for your explanation. It seems that I hadn't read the papers enough those days. I'm missing Bilbao in the list of European cities in Wikipedia, though. By the way, I lived in Harrisburg for almost six months.
