This picture is misplaced! It cannot possibly be from the Dischma valley. For typical Dischma panorama views please check nearby images in Google Earth (between Dischma Hof and Teufi). Instead, the background mountain panorama strongly suggests that the picture was taken in the nearby Sertig valley. In addition, at the very end of the valley (in the North) one can make out the houses of the village of Clavadel, which is situated at the entry to the Sertig valley.
Based on my familiarity with both places, the location almost certainly is as follows:
Latitude: 46°43'53.79"N
Longitude: 9°50'45.24"E
This is confirmed by the placement of Panoramio photo No 689735 (http://www.panoramio.com/photo/689735) which shows an almost identical view of the valley and a topographic configuration of the various houses, hamlets, roads and trails, which conforms very well with the topography displayed in Google Earth for this particular location in the Sertig valley.
