The lone fisherman paddling his banca against the vista of the rising sun is, indeed, a sight to behold.
The first headland is known as Punta Buaya ("Crocodile Point"). Note the similarity of the edge of the headland to the snout of a crocodile. (In the vicinity are coral gardens.)
The second headland, farther out into the horizon, is Verde Island.
