This concrete board of K'Pass no longer here, instead an Army garage stands here. A new metal board for Khardung La stands around 20mtrs before this concrete-board. Indian Army has made this Pass a congested road now with lots of construction. Your pic shows lot of space beside the road, there is parking trouble now at Khardung La.
