Ja, das war der ursprüngliche Ortsmittelpunkt. Leider nicht auf dem Bild linkerhand die Katholische Kirche und rechterhand die protestantische Kirche. Am linken Bildrand gut zu erkennen die sogenannte Gerichtslinde. Unter der Linde wurde im Mittelalter und weit darüberhinaus Gericht gehalten und Versammlungen einberufen.

The Beach is actually called Porthchapel and the photo has been taken from the edge of Pedn-men-an-mer, locally known as Wireless Point.
