Ah the memories, I think I had just started working there about then. None of the boats in the picture are in the fleet any longer but there names are reused on newer vessels.

I'm giving a presentation next week about an oral history study in Halton and would like some local picture to give the audience a taste of the area. Could I use this slide in our ppt.slide show, obviously I would acknowledge the source.

It's a shame that the hotel or the resort of St. Marc sur Mer do not cash in on the popularity of the film "Mon. Hulot's Holiday". Absolute lovely place for 'LES VACANCES'. The tennis courts are still there overlooking the beach. Don't forget the 'swing!'
