I was on the bridge at Kon Braih on 1 September 2009. A power line does cross the river there, i.e., on the south side of the bridge. So the ID may be correct. The better view from the bridge is to the north, however.

If this is indeed the bridge at Kon Braih, then this is "French Bridge," which washed out (collapsed) during Typhoon Ketsana, September 2009.
