Nope, just budding young Andy Goldworthys. Actually it was quite an impressive scene. There were hundreds of these cairns throughout this area. I think the folks responsible for them had quite a good time making them. My hiking partner and I spent a long time admiring them and discovering many more. Thanks for looking and for your comment.

Thank you. I like the photo of yours you call "Beyond the Spectacles." I especially like unusual views and perspectives captured around Arches. Sometimes I'm much too lazy to venture out to capture significant shots. In the photo above, the toughest thing to do was to hike over to this area from town and be willing to stand in the very cold, rushing water. My dog enjoyed the day, for sure.
